Terms of service

1.Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.

2. Pricing

Prices are correct at the time of publication. From time to time prices will change in relation to the gold and silver prices, and fluctuations in material costs.

Orders will be processed at our published prices. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

3. Returns and exchanges

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Jewellery from S J Snow. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

— Core collection pieces with different stone combination

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

To return an online purchase, please contact info@sjsnow.co.uk for further details. Please include your order number in the email.

S J Snow does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. We recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery, and international items be sent using a secure and swift fully tracked service. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.

If you are not based in the UK and would like to return an item, please note that a customs declaration form will be required on shipping. The goods will need to be correctly detailed as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ in order to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

4. Feedback

We always welcome feedback from our customers as it enables us to improve our service. If you have any feedback regarding any part of your service, please contact via email and this will be dealt with promptly. Please contact us on info@sjsnow.co.uk

5. Unsubscribe

If you are a newsletter subscriber, then you can update your subscription preferences or completely unsubscribe by following the links at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

6. Online Security

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex via the secure payment provider, Shopify Payments. Payment can also be made using Paypal.

7. Intellectual Property + Design Rights

Design Rights and Copyrights remain the sole property of S J Snow. Your use of this website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to its content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the aforementioned content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time:

For Products in stock,  we ship using Royal Mail Special Service Delivery Guarantee by 4pm, and 7-11 working days for countries outside of the UK 

For Bespoke orders, led the will vary but is normal 4-8 weeks - all dependant on design, an accurate deadline will be discussed when design is confirmed.

If something catches your eye and you’re running out of time, contact me at info@sjsnow.co.uk, and I will see what I can do.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These vary country to country. If you have any questions you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law I must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease custom fees.

I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing with Royal Mail.

I'm afraid I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Everything I make is one of a kind so if there is something you like of mine that's existing, please note whatever I make for you, will be slightly varied, but still just as beautiful!
