5. International Shipping:

6. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing your order. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of items due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

— Core collection pieces with different stone combination

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

2. Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@sjsnow.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above, and indicate the desired replacement item in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.
